Baseball IQ is the cognitive ability to read game situations, make correct decisions under time pressure, and position yourself before plays develop. Scores range from 0 to 200. Above 100 indicates solid situational awareness. Above 140 indicates advanced decision-making. Elite D1-level athletes typically score above 160 after consistent training.

Most athletes see score improvement within 2-4 weeks of consistent training (3-5 sessions per week). Significant level progression typically occurs within 60-90 days.

T-Ball level begins at age 4. Content is calibrated for cognitive development at every level — a 6-year-old and a 20-year-old train entirely different material with entirely different complexity.
